Hello Beloveds! I’m Marie Peaten, your Advocate in Real Estate. During a trip to the Jemez Valley, I fell in love with this magical place and immediately knew that New Mexico was where I belonged. Three months later I was a New Mexico resident. 

Growing up in a three-generation military service family, I understand the sacrifice of serving your country. My love of people and commitment to community led me to begin working for a social justice non-profit organization based in Albuquerque. Advocating for access to safe and affordable housing deepened my passion and love for real estate and my desire to give back to New Mexicans–the real enchantment. 

One way I get to give back is through the Homes For Heroes program. When buying or selling a home, Heroes (Teachers, Military, Active and Reserves, Healthcare Workers/EMS, and Law Enforcement) receive a portion of my commission as a thank you for their service and dedication. No strings attached!
